This book is 117 pages long and focuses on a homeless shelter in Vienna. It shares many interviews, stories, and descriptions about the people and rooms in the shelter. For example, in the office section, there's an interview with the shelter's founder, explaining the organization’s goals and vision.
Throughout the book, each room is described in detail with stories and interviews relevant to that space. For instance, you might read about the daily routines in the kitchen or the personal experiences of people in the common areas.
The last chapter is dedicated to the residents, sharing their personal stories, which I wrote by hand to make it more personal and emotional. These handwritten stories offer a glimpse into the lives of the people who live there, their struggles, and their hopes. This adds a unique, heartfelt touch to the book, making the experiences of the shelter's residents come alive on the pages.
